About us

Schoolhouse Publishing is a Bahamian company dedicated to providing teachers with learning resources that reflect Bahamian culture and history.  We started Schoolhouse Publishing with three goals in mind:

 

1. We wanted teachers in the Bahamas to have access to charts and learning resources that were created specifically to be used with the Ministry of Education’s Curricula.

 

2. We wanted to make visual learning aids that Bahamian students would find relevant and culturally familiar.

 

3. We wanted to create educational charts that would reflect the rich culture and history of The Bahamas.

 

Schoolhouse Publishing provides Bahamian teachers with a variety of educational materials. Our classroom charts include The Bahamian Alphabet ChartTM, The Bahamian Number ChartTM and The Bahamian Colour ChartTM.  Our Social Studies charts are made specifically for Bahamian schools and cover such topics as Bahamian Culture, The Lucayans, Woodes Rogers, Our Government,  Slavery and more.
